Dunamis Lab Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We/Our/Dunamis/Company”) is a Company incorporated under the Companies Act , 2013 having CIN U74999DL2022PTC399575 and having its registered office at b-22, Basement Floor, Pamposh Enclave Greater Kailash Part - 1 Delhi, South Delhi 110048 , India.
1.2. The Company is a Startup Company providing networking services including a range of content hosting, database and communication services to actors, models, dancers, voice-over actors and other artists (hereinafter referred to as “Talent”) and connects Talents with agents and managers, casting directors and others involved in motion pictures, theatrical, radio, television and other entertainment enterprises(hereinafter referred to as the“Industry Professionals”) through its Website and Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “You”, “Your” or “User” shall mean the person who is accessing the Platform.
1.3. The Company is deeply committed regarding Your privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “PII”) that is available with the Company. Keeping Your PII secure and preventing any misuse thereof, is therefore a top priority of the Company. The Company is strongly committed to protecting Your privacy and has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of any information including PII shared by You.
1.4. As used in this Policy, PII shall mean and include any information that alone or in combination with other information related to a specific identifiable individual person. By way of illustration and not limitation, PII includes individual’s name, mobile and address.
1.5. This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to “Privacy Policy”) describes how the Company collects and handles certain information including PII it may collect and/or receive from You via the use of the Platform.

4.4.3.2. You can opt out from our use of data from cookies and similar technologies that track your behavior on the sites of others for ad targeting and other ad-related purposes.

Credit Information Report-4.4.4.1. Only after receiving Your express consent, the Company may collect Your Credit Information (credit score and credit information) through a soft search of your credit records with Credit Information Companies (hereinafter referred to as “CIC”). The Company has no control over the content or the accuracy of the information provided by CICs.
4.4.4.2. By consenting to use and avail your credit information report through Company, You agree that the Company shall be entitled to rely on Your authorization and consent granted by you to the Company.
4.4.5. Other Information
The Company may collect such other/additional information on need to basis:
4.4.5.1. Financial information, such as the full bank account number and.or credit card number that You link to Your account or give us when You use the Company’s Services such as investment in NBFC Fixed Deposit.
4.4.5.2. Income proof, PAN details, credit score, credit information report, Aadhaar Number, e-KYC through UIDAI, c-KYC through CERSAI.
4.4.5.3. We may also collect information from or about You from other sources, such as through Your contact with us, including Our customer support team.
4.4.5.4. Additionally, for quality and training purposes or for its own protection, Company may monitor or record its telephone conversations with You or anyone acting on Your behalf. By communicating with the Company, You acknowledge that Your communication may be overheard, monitored, or recorded without further notice or warning.
4.4.5.5. After obtaining the User’s specific/explicit consent to allow the Platform/App to access the User’s SMS inbox, we may collect relevant information from text messages (SMS) received by the Users from providers of services and/or products (including but not limited to retail outlets, financial institutions, mobile carriers and utility companies), that will enable us to provide better access to financial services and products to the Users. We will only access business messages that originate from senders id.
4.4.5.6. In order to help protect You from fraud and misuse of Your personal information, we may collect information about You and Your interactions with Company for the Services provided.
5.1.1 Every information provided by you in your Profile may be accessed, used and stored by Industry Professionals and redistributed to others in any manner.
5.1.2 There shall be no expectations of privacy while posting, uploading artistic videos and/or photos representing skills You possess or otherwise participating in the Services offered by the Company.
5.1.3 You expressly and voluntarily accept and agree to the processing of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
5.1.4 The Company reserves the right to monitor any activity and content displayed and/or uploading on the Platform and may take appropriate action if it may deem any content to be inappropriate.
5.2. Your PII maybe used to set up and administer Your account, provide necessary technical support, verify Your identity and send important communication.
5.3. Your PII maybe used to deliver advertising, marketing and event based communication. Such communication may contain option to opt out of receiving such communications in future. If you choose to opt out of receiving such communication, you may email us at support@milestone101.com , post which the Company shall not contact You and will ensure that new data collected about You from then on will not be used by the Company for any such purpose.
5.4. The Company may use Your PII for internal and external research and development purpose and to improve and test the features and functions of the Platform for giving the best options and Services to You.
5.5. The Company’s access to this information is limited to authorized personnel with a critical business reason, such as technical support.

5.8.6. Modifying the Platform from time to time to cater to Your interests.
5.8.7. Providing the Platform and the functions, features and services therein efficiently.
5.8.8. To conduct analytical studies on various aspects including User behavior and preferences etc.
5.8.9. To determine any security breaches, computer containment or computer virus,
5.8.10. To investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities and suspected frauds,
5.8.11. To undertake forensics of the concerned Computer resources as a part of the investigation or internal audit,
5.8.12. To enhance the ability of the Company to communicate with You and customers about additional Services;
5.8.13. To trace computer resources or any person who may have contravened or is suspected of having or being likely to contravene, any provision of law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 that is likely to have an adverse impact on the Platform
5.8.14. To provide technical assistances requiring initial setup, support services or dealing with any suspicious activities from the user accounts.
6.1. The Company restricts access to Your Personal Information to Industry Professionals who we reasonably believe need to know that information to fulfil their jobs to provide, operate, develop, or improve our products or services.
6.2.1. Industry Professionals to determine that Your Resume matches a particular role available with that Industry professional. By registering on the Platform and consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy, You agree that the Company may contact You or forward your resume to Industry Professionals.
6.2.2. With the Company’s service providers and affiliates to assist in operation of the activities on the Platform.
6.2.3. With fraud prevention and detection service providers for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent activity.
6.2.4. Information maybe shared if the Company believes it necessary to disclose information to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspend fraud, violations of Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policy.
6.3.1. For customer service purposes, including to help service your accounts or resolve disputes (e.g., billing or transactional).
6.3.2. Legal Compliances: to help them comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing verification requirements.
6.3.3. Service Providers: to enable service providers under contract with us to support our business operations, such as fraud prevention, bill collection, KYC document collection, marketing, customer service and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
6.3.4. In case of any information asked by Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties pursuant to a subpoena/summon, court order, or other legal process or requirement applicable to the Company or any of its affiliates.
You explicitly give consent to the Company to share such information in cases as stated in Clauses 5.8.8, 5.8.9, 5.8.11, 5.8.13 and 6.2.4.
8.1. You expressly consent to provide details/information/documents to the Company under this Privacy Policy.

You while providing your details/documents over the Platform, including but not limited to the personal information or other information as mentioned hereinabove , expressly consent to Company (including its marketing channels and business partners) to contact you through SMS, call and/ or e-mail and to follow up calls in relation to the Services provided through the Platform, for imparting product knowledge, offering promotional offers running on Platform & various other offers offered by its business partners.
8.3. You hereby authorize and expressly consent us to share your PII and other information with third parties including but not limited to Banks, credit information bureaus, government agencies for completion of the services availed.
8.4. You hereby grant your unambiguous, free and express consent to authorize and appoint the Company to request and obtain, collect, receive and/or fetch your credit score and/ or a copy of your credit information report from CIC, for and on your behalf.
9.1. The consent provided to the Company by you for collection of PII and such other information on need to know basis may be withdrawn at anytime by emailing us at
9.2. Once such consent by You is withdrawn, the Company shall immediately stop using such information as maybe provided by you for which such revocation has been sought by You and further stop providing such data to third parties.
9.3. However, the Company may use certain information i.e. digital footprints internally.
10.1. The Company uses data collection devices as "cookies"/similar, etc. on certain pages of the Platform to help analyse our Platform page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. "Cookies" are small files placed on Your device hard-drive/storage that assist us in providing our services. We offer certain features that are only available through the use of a "cookie".
10.2. A cookie in no way gives the Company access to the User’s computer or any information about them, other than the data they choose to share with the Company. The User(s) can choose to accept or decline cookies.
10.3. The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell the You how to prevent Your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify then when they receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies will allow You to take full advantage of some of the Platforms features and it is recommended to leave them turned on.
11.1. The Company will retain Your information for as long as necessary for providing the Services available on the Platform or till Your request to terminate Your Account, whichever is later.
11.2. The Company may be obligated to retain certain information under the applicable law and/or as part of its contractual obligations with the Banks/Financial Institutions and accordingly such information shall be retained as prescribed under the applicable law or part of Company’s contractual obligation.
11.3. Post termination of Your account or withdrawal on consent to use certain information/ data, the Company may continue to use your anonymized data aggregated or in combination with anonymized data of other users. We use this aggregated anonymized data for data analysis, profiling and research purposes, for example to gain insights about our users and their profiles. We may keep your contact information along with your application details (if any) for fraud prevention purposes and for the exercise/ defence of a legal claim or for providing evidence in legal proceeding(s).
12.1 To send unsolicited mass e-mailings, whether or not such unsolicited e-mailings provoke complaints from the recipients;
12.2 To engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider but channeling such activities through the Services.

Our Platform includes links to other platforms that may collect personally identifiable information PII about you. Such Platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond the control of the Company. Once the User leaves the servers of the Company, use of any information provided by the User is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site the User is visiting with policy may differ from that of the Company. If the User can't find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the concerned third party’s website, the User may contact the concerned third party directly for more information. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked platforms.
Upon becoming aware of an alleged violation of this Policy or Terms and Conditions, the Company may initiate an investigation. During the investigation the User's access to the Platform may be suspended, restricted or limited in order to prevent further unauthorized activities. Depending on the severity of the violation, the Company may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate User’s account and pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offence the Company will notify the appropriate Government authority of such violation.
