Understanding your skin type is essential for starting a regular skincare routine and easily selecting products. It is critical to use the appropriate products on your skin; otherwise, no amount of skincare routine will help you get rid of acne and other skin problems.  



A skincare regimen that includes serums:


"My first step is to cleanse my skin," Kiara Advani explained, "followed by the application of a face serum." The actress also advised choosing a serum that makes skin feel hydrated and softer.  


A training routine that brings you joy:


An exercise program is just as important as any other because working out produces hormones (endorphins) that keep the skin alive and add to its overall radiance. So establish a regimen that works for you. I recommend a 4-5 day active workout a week to maintain yourself and your skin in shape!  


Getting the day started with nutrients:


Kiara recommends starting the day with lukewarm water and lemon, which promote a healthy metabolism and cleanse the skin. The actress eats 'Ghar ka khana,' which is a plain roti with veggies like spinach, pumpkin, and sprouts with very little salt and oil. She also stated that the healthier you eat, the more beautiful your skin will become.
